Manchster to Haltwhistle

We arrived in Manchester after flying for 18 hours (Perth - Dubai is 11, Dubai - Manchester is 7), gorging ourselves on Emirates food, and watching movies the whole trip. We were exhausted, so it was straight to our hotel and a good night's sleep.

Thanks to the out of whack body clocks, we were awake at 5, and down to breakfast by 6, for a full Irish Buffet. Yummo. (bacon, eggs, tomato, sausages, cereal, yoghurt and black or white pudding (didn't try that), but I did have 2 croissants (thought they were french, but I'm not complaining).

We then picked up our motorhome, grabbed some food and were in Haltwhistle by 4pm (2 hrs drive).
We tried to walk off our breakfast by climbing the huge hill to Hadrian's wall. (about 2-3 times the size of Phelp St). Definately getting exercise.

Notes to Remember
Accommodation - Bewleys Hotel Manchester (they do complimentary shuttles to and from the airport)
Camper was hired from Chester's Motorhome in Chester (they collect you from the airport and take you to Chester for motorhome collection, about an hours drive)
